30+ years in oil & gas · 2,303,887 well records screened · Offered under SEC Rule 506(c) to accredited investors
Kingdom Exploration connects accredited investors with direct working-interest oil and gas projects — real ownership in producing American wells, with 100% first-year deductibility of intangible drilling costs under current law.
We are not a fund, not a broker, and not the operator: we source, verify, and negotiate direct participation, and the wells are drilled by established operators with verifiable state records in the target area. With experience dating back to 1994, we have built deep relationships with trusted operators across the U.S. We evaluate hundreds of new drilling projects each year and only advance those with sound geology, proven operators, and full tax eligibility — including Intangible Drilling Cost (IDC) deductions reaffirmed under current federal law.
“I’ve worked in the oil industry for 25 years and follow the markets very closely — for obvious reasons. After ten brutal years in this business, I can say this guy is 100% right, and I completely agree with what he’s saying.”
“I follow your channel because you are closest to the truth about the status of the world supply… I am committing a healthy part of investments to oil and gas production. This is intended as a long-term hold.”
“As an operator in the Bakken this guy is telling the truth.”

You can. Search “oil and gas investment,” make ten phone calls, and you will have ten packages on your desk by Friday. Every one of them will look good — because every one of them was written to look good.
Finding a deal was never the hard part. Having something to compare it against is.
That comparison is the whole job here. Kingdom Scout screens 2.3 million well records across six states — 102,113 operators, 595 counties graded A–F, refreshed daily from state regulator filings. So when a prospect arrives, we already know what wells in that county actually produce, how deep they run, who has drilled there before, and how that operator's other wells have performed.
We are not comparing the package against the other packages on the desk. We are comparing it against every well in the basin. Most prospects do not survive that, and the ones that do are the only ones you ever hear about from us.
Building that took years. Using it takes you one click:

One program is open to accredited investors: a four-lateral horizontal oil program on 988 acres, with a confirmed spud deadline of December 2026. Sean's own assessment is that it is the strongest prospect Kingdom Exploration has brought forward.
What we will say publicly: both target sections already have vertical wells that produced oil from the same zone the horizontals will target — and we verified that against state production records rather than taking the seller's word. The reserve work was done by an independent contract reservoir engineer, arms-length from the operator, not by the operator's own staff.
The operator, the county and the well names stay under NDA until you are in the data room. That is deliberate — it is how the deal does not get shopped around us.
Drilling is speculative. Every project carries the risk of total loss, and no outcome is promised. Offered under SEC Rule 506(c) to verified accredited investors only.
Below is a project that has already been funded and drilled, shown so you can judge the standard of work before you look at anything that is open.
30-well vertical oil field development in New York's Allegany County — conventional drilling in an area with established production history, structured for 100% first-year tax deduction eligibility.
I made my first direct investment in an oil and gas well in 1994 — over 30 years ago. Since then, I have had the opportunity to review thousands of drilling prospects across multiple U.S. basins — personally researching the projects, operators, and economics behind each one. That research experience has shaped the way Kingdom Exploration evaluates every project we bring to our investors.
We do not speculate. Each opportunity undergoes a rigorous screening process that includes geological modeling, production history, operator due diligence, and a full economic analysis. Our goal is simple: deliver high-quality, income-generating oil and gas investments that provide both strong cash flow and unmatched tax benefits — without the inflated fees or fund structures common in the industry.
As a private group, we give qualified investors access to direct working interest projects typically reserved for institutional buyers and insiders. When you invest with Kingdom, you are tapping into three decades of experience, field-level insight, and a deep commitment to integrity and results.
There are roughly 9,000 independent oil and gas operators in the United States, and every one of them will tell you they have the best deal — while raising money the same way as everyone else. I have never drilled or operated a well myself; in 2008 I learned that hunting leases and drilling first is a five-plus-year grind, so I built campaigns that reach operators who have already found oil and are actively searching for capital to expand — and I partner with them as the investor, first in line.
